HAPPY NEW YOU!!

What happened? I set SMARTER goals and made sure they were met. I had breakthroughs in my relationship with myself, people and time in the process. My communication got clearer. I learned to make requests rather than complain or be at the effect of things that didnt work for me. My life today is totally different than where I was last year at this time.

Team O
One night, before dinner, my boyfriend sat down to do a crossword puzzle and I decided to join him. A few minutes in, 11 across caught my eye: “t-e-a-m-o.” I said, “What the heck is a ‘team O’?” and saw that the clue said …“Spanish for I love you.” Te amo. We laughed and decided that moving forward, we'd call our partnership a “Team O.”
Team O and te amo are one and the same; different ways to view the same set of letters. Love does that. It facilitates new vision and by reframing what is already there, new possibilities appear regardless of whether or not anything changes.
As I was thinking of this today, one of my favorite Shel Silverstein books, “The Missing Piece Meets the Big O,” came to mind. If you are familiar with this story you will understand how suddenly ‘Team O’ had a deeper meaning when I realized…“that’s how WE roll.”

Imagine and Fulfill (IF only)
The dictionary defines "if" as a condition. Not very empowering, eh? So, I turned "if" on its ear. You see, I too, am an "IF" but I prefer to see the word, my initials, as possibility. Inspirational Notes from the Universe

Manage Your Time With Mission Control

Ever notice how when something is urgent... it gets handled immediately? There is no time to resist it, no time to procrastinate. It has to get done "NOW" and so it does?
Many of us know the things to do but we would rather pile all those projects on to the mountain we call a "to do" list. Do you have one of these lists? What if you were to consider that actually tackling that mountain of things to do ~ could be the breakthrough you want? Many would say that they would accomplish more if they had the time.
