Ileana Ferreras Coaching: Coaching

Read what others have said about me...

Let's face it, nobody likes to be told what to do. Therefore, a coach is only effective if he/she can simultaneously contribute both a pure listening and an honest dialogue that together allow people to come to their own conclusions about the best course of action. Ileana's coaching has little to do with suggesting you do something specific (although she won't hesitate to have an ordinary conversation with you). Rather, she utilizes her masterful listening as well as her natural cool-factor and spunk to create a comfortable space where those she interacts with can loosen up, talk it out, dwindle in their own perspective, and eventually have their own realization about the best path to take. In that realization lies confidence. In that confidence lies human empowerment. That is the gift of Ileana's coaching. ~ Josh A. advertising account supervisor

Ileana's coaching is about getting "it" done and working with you to overcome the obstacles that keep you from achieving and developing your potential. This new understanding has helped me in all aspects of my life from having a better relationship with my coworkers and boss, to being more understanding, loving, and forgiving in my personal relationships. This experience resonates and stays within. I've had many breakthroughs even months after Ileana and I had our last session. ~ Patricia A.-graphic designer

Ileana gets down to the nitty-gritty. After working with Ileana I have been able to identify, observe and shift life patterns that have held me back in almost every area of my life. Her no-nonsense approach to coaching gets you into the championships of your life. She is committed to your triumphs, big and small. 110% committed . ~ Henry G. -composer, singer, actor.

Ileana listens for the bigger context and asks questions that get to the root of the matter - all this in minutes! She cuts through the excuses and complications in a very fresh, direct, funny and compassionate way. When I met Ileana, I was stuck in a very complex emotional situation that I saw no way out of. Her support and encouragement gave me the courage to take actions and now I am exactly where I want to be. Above all, she loves coaching and supporting people and does it with all her love, energy and charisma. I highly recommend her. ~ Xiomara N. - musician, teacher.

Before coaching with Ileana I was not able to deal effectively with people in leadership roles nor was I able to communicate well with women. These obstacles became stumbling blocks to succeed both personally and professionally in all phases of my life. Through Ileana’s coaching I have gained confidence in myself and have been able to create new and powerful ways to relate to women in romantic relationships – something I never thought I could do before. She has helped me to create what I want in my life. Not only is she patient and understanding but she listens to me – truly listens to what I say and hears the greatness in me. I now speak powerfully and make requests without feeling insecure or not good enough. I would highly recommend Ileana Ferreras to anyone who wants to make a difference in their life and truly realize their potential. ~ David R. -entrepreneur
