Nada, Nada, Nada.... Not a Damn Thing.

Blank Canvas. This is the best way to begin, with nothing. Inside of that the possibilities are endless, right? Trouble is, most of us create while resisting. We create on top of past fears and filters instead of finding a way to start with nothing. What if I told you that you could transform any area of your life simply by ‘taking on’ nothing? What if you became that blank canvas? Do you see how you could create a life you love? How many of you are inspired and then thought of 10 reasons why you can’t? “Sure I could, if only…. I had the time, the right car, a better job… more money?”

What would your life look like if you managed to get all of those “if onlys” out of your way? Who could you be? What could you accomplish? What would you create? IF ONLY Life Coaching was established to help people eliminate their excuses and take a stand for themselves as perfectly creative, resourceful and whole. Still not buying it? Good, because it’s free. A very Wise woman once told me to focus on the “what” and the “how” will take care of itself. When the “what” is driving, all those road blocks will lose power and seem to fade way, if not disappear all together. Think of all that would be possible if nothing were in your way.

So, what do you need to let go of to get you to a place of nothing? Are you interested in a new relationship, but still holding on to the pain or disappointment of all your past loves? Are you interested in making more money but are not willing to find an opportunity that will pay you what you're worth? If you are interested in creating and designing the life you have always wanted, start here. Identify your “if onlys” in the area you wish to transform. What does that bring up for you? Is it uncomfortable for you to be all those limitations? Are you ready to breakthrough all those barriers now? Brian Tracy had the right idea when he said, "To get what you've never had, you must do what you've never done." Your commitment can take you places you never imagined. Shall we?
